We are a boutique agency in our 10th year and focus on offering a personal and tailored service. Our professional diary service delivers for both our clients and members within Commercials, Film, Drama and Documentaries.
We are looking for a Bookings Assistant to join our small, busy team in our Chiswick based office. This would ideally suit a recent graduate who has proven industry work experience or someone with 1 year + in the industry looking for a career as an agent rather than in production.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly and professional with a great attitude, excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Applicants need to be organised, confident, quick to learn and happy in an office environment with a passion for the industry.
We are looking for someone who understands the roles within Commercial & Film Production and has a broad understanding of the industry. They must be familiar with the core role of our company and have the ability to multitask. The assistant will be key in offering a range of administrative support whilst also being a point of contact for both our clients and enquiries, providing strong client care to our roster with confidence and professionalism.
We will offer the opportunity for personal and professional development as the assistant will be working in a small team invested in supporting their progression.
Candidates must be:
• A clear and confident communicator.
• Someone who thrives on getting involved and making effective, lasting working relationships.
• Passionate & willing to learn
• Able to use Mac software
• Literate in digital/social media
The hours are 9.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
